These terms cover tianafrik.com. Sending messages is covered by the Tian SMS terms.

This website describes Tian Afrik and its products. A page that marks a channel as next, or later, is not an offer to supply that channel today.

Prices, bundles and acceptable use for SMS, OTP and USSD are published on tiansms.com. An account there is a separate contract.

You may not use our name, or a sender ID we provision, to mislead a recipient about who is writing to them.

Ghanaian law applies. If you need a master service agreement for an enterprise deployment, ask and we will send one.
