The company website stores an enquiry when you use the contact form: your name, email, organisation, phone and message. We use that to reply. We do not sell it.

If you open a Tian SMS account, the product site holds your login, wallet, contacts and message logs. Those records are governed by the terms on tiansms.com. Message content is processed to deliver it and to show you a delivery report.

Server logs may include your IP address for security. We keep them for operations, not for advertising.
