How traffic, consent and sender names are handled.

• Sender IDs for Ghana are registered in line with National Communications Authority rules. A name that is not approved does not go out as that name.
• Opt-out is part of the product. Marketing traffic needs consent. Transactional alerts are a different class, and we will ask which one you are sending.
• Do-not-disturb and blacklist handling applies where the network requires it.
• API keys are secrets. Delivery reports and inbound messages are sent only to the webhook you configure.
• Enterprise accounts can request an audit log of who sent what.
• We do not publish an uptime slogan on this page. If you need a contractual service level, ask for it in writing.
